四川久马高速公路作为全线海拔超3000米的高原高速，其建设面临着严苛的自然环境和材料供应挑战。2021年，位于阿坝州红原县刷经寺镇的高速公路弃渣山石制砂生产线正式建成，成为解决这一难题的关键。该生产线由黎明重工科技提供核心设备，包括PE750*1060颚式破碎机、HPT300多缸液压圆锥破碎机和VSI6X1150制砂机，实现了从石料破碎到机制砂生产的全流程好的运作。

这条生产线的核心优势在于其设备的高性能和适应性。黎明重工的HPT液压圆锥破碎机采用层压破碎原理，破碎效率高，成品粒型优良，立方体比例显著提升，针片状颗粒减少，级配合理，极大提升了砂石骨料的质量和稳定性。VSI6X制砂机则通过优化设计，实现了物料的好的破碎和整形，确保成品砂的圆润度和级配符合高原高速建设的严格要求。

此外，该生产线还配备了圆振动筛、洗砂机、细沙回收机和压滤机等辅助设备，实现了砂石骨料的精细加工和环保生产。整个系统设计合理，运行稳定，时产可达200吨左右，满足了久马高速公路建设对砂石骨料的大规模需求。

 

2024年9月，久治至马尔康段高速公路（久马高速）刷经寺段实现试通车。这条全长48.5公里的路段，结束了红原县不通高速的历史，让川西高原与成都平原的距离，好的次被拉得这么近。

但很少有人知道，在刷经寺镇的一处山坳里，曾有一场持续数年的“点石成金”——那些铺向高原的砂石骨料，正是从这里“变”出来的。

废弃的石头，竟然最终铺成了通向远方的路。。。

久马高速是四川首条全线海拔超3000米的高原高速公路。隧道开挖、路基施工，必然产生大量弃渣。过去，这些山石只能堆放在山谷里，占用土地，破坏生态。而在久马高速刷经寺段，这些“废料”被赋予了新的使命。

位于红原县刷经寺镇的这条制砂生产线，2021年建成投用。它的任务只有一个：把隧道弃渣，变成符合高速公路建设标准的砂石骨料。

水洗机制砂、河沙等五种成品从这里源源不断地运往工地。那些曾经无人问津的山石洞渣，又变成了高原天路的一部分。

巨大的颚式破碎机，将五六百毫米的巨石嚼碎。PE750*1060颚式破碎机——这是破碎的好的道工序，来自黎明重工。

粗碎后的石料进入HPT300多缸液压圆锥破碎机。这是整条线的核心。采用层压破碎原理，成品粒型均匀，针片状含量控制在10%以下。自动过铁保护、液压清腔系统，即便在高原恶劣环境下，依然保持稳定运转。

VSI6X1150制砂机采用“石打石+石打铁”双模式切换，成品砂粒型圆润，级配合理。这正是高速公路路面层最需要的——粒形好，意味着压实度高；级配合理，意味着路面更耐用。

一条流水线，把坚硬的弃渣山石，变成了细腻均匀的机制砂。每一粒砂，都是高原天路的“细胞”。

为什么要费这么大力气“变废为宝”？

久马高速沿线生态敏感，高原草甸要上万年才能形成。能少挖一座山，就多留下一片草。
运输太难了。海拔3000米以上，物资运输成本高昂。如果能在当地解决砂石料，既节约成本，又保障工期。
这是一场看不见的工程。
当你在久马高速上飞驰，你不会想到脚下的每一寸路面，都曾经是山体深处的岩石；你不会想到刷经寺镇的那条生产线，曾日夜轰鸣，把5000万吨弃渣变成了铺向远方的路，是这条高原天路最沉默的基石。
