该生产线位于江西吉安市吉水县醪桥镇，依托更好建筑用砂岩矿资源，致力于好的环保的砂石骨料生产。2023年初，项目方引入黎明重工先进的破碎筛分设备及智能化控制系统，打造了一条集好的破碎、精细整形、环保生产于一体的现代化制砂生产线，实现砂石骨料的规模化、智能化生产。

生产亮点

1. 智能化控制：全线采用电控化中控操作，配备自动化监测系统，实现无人值守生产，大幅提升运营效率。
2. 环保好的：全封闭车间设计，有效控制粉尘与噪音；开采回采率约95%，资源利用率行业实践。
3. 稳定高产：综合时产约400吨，可稳定供应更好砂石骨料，满足高标准基建需求。

核心设备（由黎明重工提供）

• 粗破：PE1200×1500颚式破碎机，好的处理大块原矿。
• 中细碎：HST315单缸液压圆锥破+HPT500多缸液压圆锥破，兼具高产能与成品粒形优化。
• 制砂整形：2台VSI6X1263立轴冲击式制砂机，产出级配合理、粒形优良的机制砂。
• 筛分：圆振动筛精准分级，确保成品规格。
