粗碎：1台PE1200×1500颚式破碎机（处理能力1500吨/小时）
中碎：1台CSB400弹簧圆锥破碎机
细碎：2台CSD400弹簧圆锥破碎机

破碎系统
粗碎采用颚式破碎机，处理原矿粒度≤1200mm，排料粒度≤350mm。
中碎和细碎均采用弹簧圆锥破碎机，通过层压破碎原理实现粒度精准控制，最终成品粒度≤16mm。
 

生产表现：16mm以下成品率超预期

该项目设计日运转16小时，进料为磁铁矿，最终成品粒度控制在0-18mm，其中核心产品稳定在16mm以下。
