二、项目挑战与解决方案
（一）核心挑战
原料特性复杂：项目所用石灰石硬度高（莫氏硬度4-5）、含泥量较高，对破碎设备的耐磨性能与处理能力提出严苛要求。
环保与能耗约束：项目位于生态敏感区，需满足严格的粉尘排放与噪音控制标准；同时，高产能需求下需优化能耗效率。
工艺适配性要求：高速公路对骨料粒型、级配要求极高，需确保成品骨料针片状含量低、级配连续。
（二）技术方案
针对以上挑战，世邦集团与黎明重工联合提供了定制化解决方案：
设备配置：采用"颚破+反击破+冲击破"三段破碎工艺，搭配振动筛分系统。具体设备包括：GF1245振动给料机、PE750×1060颚式破碎机（黎明重工）、PF1315反击式破碎机（世邦）、VSI5X1145冲击式破碎机（世邦）、S5X2460-3振动筛（世邦）。
工艺设计：通过多级破碎与筛分组合，实现物料的精细化处理。颚破进行粗碎，反击破中碎整形，冲击破制砂并进一步优化粒型，振动筛实现精准分级。
三、项目实施与运行成效
（一）生产线建设与调试
生产线选址于黔西南州，充分考虑原料运输与成品配送的便利性。设备安装过程中，世邦与黎明重工技术团队全程驻场指导，确保设备布局紧凑合理，工艺流程顺畅。经过3个月的调试，生产线于2024年正式投产，实现了200吨/小时的稳定产能，满足了项目高峰期的骨料需求。
（二）运行表现与效益
产品质量：成品骨料粒型优异，针片状含量控制在8%以内，级配符合《公路工程集料试验规程》要求，有效提升了混凝土的抗压强度与耐久性。
环保性能：配备脉冲除尘系统与降噪装置，粉尘排放浓度低于20mg/m³，噪音控制在85分贝以下，达到国家环保标准。
经济效益：通过就地取材与自主生产，降低了骨料运输成本，同时减少了对外购骨料的依赖，保障了供应链安全。

（一）设备性能优势
黎明重工PE750×1060颚式破碎机：作为粗碎核心设备，其大进料口设计（750×1060mm）可处理最大粒度630mm的石灰石，破碎比大、产量稳定，且采用高锰钢耐磨件，延长了使用寿命。
世邦PF1315反击式破碎机：中碎阶段采用反击破，通过板锤与反击板的冲击破碎，实现物料的好的破碎与整形，尤其适用于石灰石等中硬度物料。
世邦VSI5X1145冲击式破碎机：在制砂环节，该设备采用"石打石"与"石打铁"双模式，兼具制砂与整形功能，成品砂粒型圆润、级配合理。
世邦S5X2460-3振动筛：三层筛分设计可同时分离出多种规格的骨料，筛分效率高达90%以上，确保产品精度。
（二）智能化与绿色化升级
生产线配备智能控制系统，可实时监测设备运行状态、产量、能耗等参数，并通过数据分析优化生产流程。同时，采用全封闭生产车间与皮带输送机，减少粉尘外溢；废水经沉淀处理后循环利用，实现了水资源的零排放。
